IndiGo has launched a loyalty programme partnership with Accor. The reciprocal points exchange between IndiGo BluChip and ALL Accor means members can earn or redeem reward points on air travel services or hotel stays across the offerings of either partner.

Together, IndiGo and Accor bring one of the most extensive travel and hospitality ecosystems available to Indian travellers, connecting a vast network of destinations, stays, experiences and rewards through a single loyalty proposition, setting a new benchmark for connected travel experiences in India.

This collaboration allows members to seamlessly convert ALL Accor Reward points to IndiGo BluChips and vice versa, offering enhanced convenience, value and flexibility. By combining IndiGo’s vast domestic and fast-growing international network with IndiGo BluChip’s accelerated earn-and-redeem framework and ALL Accor’s extensive global hospitality ecosystem, the alliance elevates the way frequent flyers enjoy and maximise their rewards.

“IndiGo BluChip is designed to make rewards simple, fast, and meaningful – helping our members earn faster, redeem easily, and unlock more value every time they fly on IndiGo,” said Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer, IndiGo. “By enabling reciprocal conversion between IndiGo BluChip and ALL Accor, we are expanding the ecosystem of benefits available to our members, allowing them to enjoy greater freedom across both air travel and hospitality. Through this collaboration, we are connecting two powerful loyalty platforms to offer customers an end-to-end experience, from planning their trip, flying with IndiGo, to staying in an Accor hotel worldwide. Together with ALL Accor, we look forward to redefining how millions of customers across the network earn, redeem, and experience travel rewards.”

Ranju Alex, Chief Executive Officer, Accor South Asia, commented: “Transforming the guest journey across its entire lifecycle, this partnership reflects our shared ambition to create a truly connected and intuitive travel experience. By integrating the strengths of ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip, we are not only enhancing convenience but also redefining how travellers engage with hospitality and aviation. This integrated loyalty ecosystem will unlock greater value, personalisation, and flexibility, empowering guests to move seamlessly across journeys while deepening their connection with both brands.”
