Denver International Airport (DEN) – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has expanded its dining offer with the opening of Denver-founded Olive & Finch and Bar Finch in Concourse C. The new location includes the brand’s first full-service restaurant at DEN, which also offers quick-service and grab-and-go options.
“Olive & Finch gives travellers a distinctive dining experience rooted in our community,” said DEN Interim CEO Dave LaPorte. “Its expansion at DEN also supports small-business growth and contributes to the regional economy.”
Olive & Finch and Bar Finch offer globally influenced dishes designed to accommodate a range of dietary needs, complemented by a convenient 24-hour self-service kiosk. Founded in 2013, the Olive & Finch Collective is a Denver-based hospitality company that has grown from its original Uptown restaurant into a family of restaurants, cafés, food production and food service concepts.
“Opening Olive & Finch and Bar Finch at Denver International Airport is a full-circle moment for us,” said Founder and President of Olive & Finch Collective Mary Nguyen. “For the past 13 years, we’ve been serving Denver with the belief that great food and warm hospitality should be approachable and accessible to everyone. We are committed to scratch-made, chef-driven food, and we’re excited to continue bringing that to travellers at DEN.”
In addition to Olive & Finch and Bar Finch, the Olive & Finch Collective operates a Little Finch café in Concourse C and self-service kiosks in the Jeppesen Terminal and in Concourse A. The company also supplies grab-and-go products to several concessions throughout DEN.
