We learnt a huge amount from our first Virtual Expo, and we are fully committed to the following initiatives to take Virtual Expo 2021 to even greater heights:

Our theme “Relaunching global air transport” which will run through every element of the show will ensure we focus on the new ideas, concepts and solutions needed to drive the global restart of aviation, and to ensure we achieve an industry recovery that makes air transport even stronger in the long-term.
We will go even further with efforts to drive connections between attendees and exhibitors by introducing a powerful new meeting system, VIP Buyer Programme, and new networking capabilities.
We will share with premium pass holders details of attendees registered in advance of the show to support meaningful engagement efforts during show days.
We will provide more information to premium pass holders during the live show days to make it clear exactly which attendees are on the platform at any given time, and tools to connect participants at those moments.
There will be complimentary conference content on the expo floor to provide education sessions for all this time around.
We will introduce a new auto matchmaking tool for premium attendees based on preferences to ensure more meaningful connections are made.
Attendees will now be able to launch private rooms for group meetings & video calls through the Virtual Expo platform instead of just one-to-one engagements.

FTE APEX VIRTUAL EXPO 2021
Future Travel Experience (FTE) and the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) will jointly host the industry trade show with the widest global attendance in 2021, FTE APEX Virtual Expo. Through a diverse exhibition showcasing the industry’s most forward thinking vendors and all-encompassing conference sessions, Virtual Expo will deliver a wealth of networking opportunities and inspiration across the most pertinent topics – from transforming the travel experience through digital health passports and automation at the airport, through to enhancing the onboard experience through inflight entertainment and connectivity, interiors, service and catering, hospitality and retail.
