REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Belfast City Airport has completed an investment to significantly streamline and enhance the security experience. The new screening technology allows passengers to keep liquids and electronics in hand baggage.
The Transportation Security Administration – an exhibitor at FTE Global, the “CES of Aviation” taking place in Los Angeles on 28-30 October 2024 – has installed new Credential Authentication Technology at ROA.
London Luton Airport – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has completed the roll-out of next-generation security scanners for a “simple, friendly CX”.
Fraport has equipped nine additional security checkpoints at Frankfurt Airport with modern CT technology, as well as an innovative lane concept in Departures B-West of Terminal 1 for an enhanced CX.

New CAT-2 technology that confirms the validity of a traveller’s identification, along with their flight information, in real-time is now in use at the TSA security checkpoints at JFK International Airport.
A new, more convenient international passenger security checkpoint is open at Boston Logan International Airport. It enhances the security experience for travellers going through the TSA screening process.
TSA officers are testing the use of new hand-held language translation-interpretation devices at Philadelphia International Airport in an effort to support a more positive security checkpoint experience.
Hamad Airport is further elevating the travel experience with new dedicated screening lanes for families with younger children transferring through the airport, as part of a commitment to seamless CX.
