What are your objectives at the event?
It is important for BagID to establish ourselves as one of the key players and contributors to the IATA 10-year Baggage Roadmap. We are not only delivering hardware (electronic bag tags, BagID 2) – we are also working with the world’s largest airport operator in number of passengers – to develop new software solutions which enables a better everyday journey for all, be it passengers, handlers, airlines, or the airport operator itself.

BagID is moving into infrastructure, and after signing a € 1.75 million contract with the world’s largest airport operator (by passenger numbers) in June, we will together with Aena, develop a collaborative platform and solutions for baggage tracking over the next few years. At the same time, we will continue to improve and develop hardware to accompany our software solutions, as EBTs will still be a key component in interacting with passengers.
