All Nippon Airways partners with Quvia to bring real-time intelligence to inflight connectivity

All Nippon Airways is deploying Quvia’s network platform to monitor inflight connectivity and passenger experience in real time, supporting smarter optimisation decisions as the airline expands high-speed onboard internet.

Summary:

  • All Nippon Airways (ANA) is deploying Quvia’s edge-to-cloud network platform to gain an independent, real-time view of inflight connectivity performance and passenger Quality of Experience (QoE).
  • The platform combines passenger experience insights with network performance data, enabling ANA to identify connectivity issues, make more informed decisions and proactively optimise onboard digital services.
  • The deployment supports ANA’s ongoing investment in inflight connectivity, including the expansion of free, high-speed internet across its international fleet, as the airline works to enhance the passenger experience.

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is deploying Quvia – an edge-to-cloud network platform – to get an independent, real-time view of inflight connectivity performance and passenger Quality of Experience (QoE), supporting the continued evolution of ANA’s inflight digital experience.

ANA continues to strengthen its inflight connectivity, including expanding free, high-speed internet across its international fleet. The deployment of Quvia will give ANA consistent insight into how connectivity is performing for passengers across flights, aircraft and routes as the airline further enhances its onboard digital experience.

“ANA is committed to continually enhancing the experience we provide our customers, including through the expansion of high-speed inflight connectivity,” said Kentaro Okada, Vice President, Customer Experience, All Nippon Airways. “Quvia will give us greater visibility into connectivity performance and the passenger experience as we continue to strengthen our in-flight services.”

Quvia pairs real-time passenger QoE with network performance data, empowering ANA to proactively optimise the inflight experience and drive smarter connectivity decisions.

“As IFC evolves, airlines need a consistent way to understand the passenger experience across the connected aircraft,” said Mike Moeller, SVP, Aviation, Quvia. “ANA is putting that foundation in place now, with better insight to guide decisions today and the flexibility to build on it as new technologies and digital capabilities emerge.”
