Heathrow – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has expanded its luxury retail offer in Terminal 5 with a series of new and refurbished stores, giving passengers access to international fashion houses, British heritage brands, exclusive products and personalised services before they fly.
The openings form part of Heathrow’s ongoing investment in its commercial proposition and passenger experience, with the latest additions spanning fashion, accessories, leather goods, stationery and travel products.
Bottega Veneta was the first store to reopen as part of the Terminal 5 luxury retail programme. The new boutique features bespoke elements including terrazzo flooring and a selection of furniture designed to create a more intimate shopping environment. Passengers can browse the latest collections under Creative Director Louise Trotter, including leather goods, footwear, fragrances, jewellery and travel accessories.
Italian menswear house ZEGNA has also opened a new boutique at Terminal 5, marking its latest addition to Heathrow’s luxury portfolio. The store features contemporary furnishings and the brand’s signature foliage-inspired colour palette, with collections including Triple Stitch sneakers, overshirts, knitwear and accessories.
The new Prada store will offer speciality handbags exclusively to Heathrow passengers. Its opening coincides with Prada’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, drawing inspiration from the womenswear and menswear collections of Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons.
Dior has upgraded its Terminal 5 presence with an expanded selection of leather goods, accessories, seasonal pieces and men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections. The new boutique features mirrored ceilings designed to create a bright and spacious environment, while launch-day visitors received personalised Dior bookmarks created by a calligrapher.
British luxury brand Smythson has also returned to Terminal 5, marking a homecoming for the company and 30 years since it first arrived at Heathrow.
The new Smythson store offers high-end stationery, diaries and leather goods, alongside a bespoke gold-stamping service exclusive to Heathrow. Passengers can personalise purchases with initials, motifs or designs inspired by vintage passport stamps.
The store also features Heathrow-exclusive colourways across Smythson’s travel collection, including Turmeric, Nutmeg, Silver and Eau de Nil.
“Luxury shopping is about choice as much as it’s about exclusivity,” said Nancy Stewart, Head of Category for Luxury, Fashion and Duty Free at Heathrow. “From iconic international fashion houses to beloved British brands, travellers now have an even greater range of options and access to items that are unique to Heathrow.”
The latest openings come as Heathrow continues to invest in its premium retail proposition, with Hermès also set to open a new boutique at Terminal 5.
