In this interview, Eric Pateman, Chief Experience Officer, Vancouver Airport Authority, discusses building a robust strategy that enhances the passenger journey while also driving non-aeronautical revenues.

King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA), Jeddah, has partnered with SSP to introduce a range of food & beverage brands. The carefully selected suite of brands tailors the mix to the KAIA passenger profile.
