Air France to open new lounge at Heathrow Airport providing “a haven of tranquillity and refinement”


In spring 2026, Air France will open a new lounge, promoting the French art of hospitality, located in Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. The new lounge aims to guarantee customers “a haven of tranquillity and refinement”.

In spring 2026, Air France will open a new lounge, promoting the French art of hospitality, located in Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub. This new exclusive space will be reserved for the airline’s La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible travellers flying with KLM and SkyTeam partner airlines.

Designed entirely by Air France teams together with the agency SGK Brandimage, the lounge will have a surface area of over 750sqm and will offer approximately 150 seats. Travellers will have access to dining areas showcasing French fine dining and a spacious bar featuring a refined selection of French wines and champagnes. Dedicated spa and relaxation areas and a space for working will also be available. This new lounge is said to guarantee customers a haven of tranquillity and refinement, before boarding or between flights.
