REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
JFK Millennium Partners has selected K2 Security Screening Group to procure, install and deploy a state-of-the-art security screening checkpoint at the new JFK Terminal 6, facilitating a seamless CX.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport has opened a new Transportation Security Administration security checkpoint. The aim is to enhance CX with “a faster, more efficient screening experience”.
Tampa International Airport has opened a new security screening checkpoint in a major upgrade for Airside E. The checkpoint features the latest screening technology and provides a modernised CX.
American Airlines is teaming up with the U.S. Transportation Security Administration and UK Department for Transport on a pilot program, One Stop Security (OSS), aiming to simplify the connection process.
