easyJet is offering new luggage collection, delivery, and door-to-door services in collaboration with Airportr – a Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – initially from LGW and GVA.
TUI has started offering a home pick-up baggage service in collaboration with Bagpoint. The service is available for all flights booked via TUI that depart from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and for which online check-in is possible.
The new digital hub is part of the ongoing evolution of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group, offering members a source of inspiration and a plethora of useful resources.
