Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has expanded its range of food & beverage outlets with Brammibal’s Donuts, an innovative, entirely vegan concept, including handmade doughnuts, speciality coffees and a modern store concept.

The new shop is located in the market place at BER’s Terminal 1, after security control, and offers travellers a wide selection of freshly prepared vegan doughnuts in a variety of flavours, as well as speciality coffees and other snacks.

“With Brammibal’s, BER is expanding its range of services in the form of a young, innovative restaurant concept, thereby responding to the wishes of many of our passengers,” said Ilona Koch, Head of Commercial & Real Estate Management, Berlin Brandenburg Airport. “The entirely vegan range enriches our market place and brings a colourful slice of Berlin’s food scene to the airport.”

With the opening of Brammibal’s Donuts, BER is further expanding its diverse range of restaurant options. Travellers can now choose from more than 120 restaurants and retail outlets at the airport. Alongside concepts such as ‘Haferkater’, ‘Beets & Roots’ and ‘Friendly Fish Sushi’, one of Berlin’s best-known vegan brands is now also adding to the range of services at Terminal 1.

“For many travellers, BER is their first or last impression of a city,” said Bram van Montfort, Co-founder, Brammibal’s Donuts. “We are delighted to be part of Berlin’s food culture there, and serve our doughnuts in a place that brings people from all over the world together.”
