American Airlines is helping AAdvantage members discover the world through cuisine. American and the MICHELIN Guide have announced an exclusive partnership designed to bring members closer to the people, places and flavours that make every destination unique. By combining the world’s largest airline loyalty programme with the world’s most respected authority in dining, the two brands aim to create unique experiences that celebrate the connection between travel, culture and exceptional cuisine.

From intimate dinners with renowned chefs to supporting the culinary industry through MICHELIN Guide ceremonies and unparalleled private culinary trips, the partnership will unlock new ways for members to experience destinations beyond the flight itself. Whether discovering a city’s culinary scene or connecting with celebrated chefs, AAdvantage members will unlock experiences that bring travel to life, one meal at a time.

“Food and beverage is an important driver of customer satisfaction, and we’ve made significant investments to elevate the experience through chef collaborations, premium dining offerings and award-winning beverage programmes,” said American’s Chief Customer Officer Heather Garboden. “Through our partnership with the MICHELIN Guide, we’re creating experiences that go beyond travel, giving AAdvantage members access to extraordinary culinary moments that celebrate discovery, connection and the joy of exploring the world.”

Through this partnership, American will support and celebrate culinary professionals during some of the industry’s most significant moments, helping spotlight culinary excellence while reinforcing the connection between premium travel and world-class dining.
