The event combines a large exhibition with premium conference programmes, a free-to-attend EXPO Stage, networking opportunities and dedicated innovation features covering the passenger journey both on the ground and in the air.

Yes. APEX FTE EXPO was previously known as APEX FTE EXPO Asia, APEX FTE Asia EXPO and FTE Asia. The event has evolved under its new name, but it remains Future Travel Experience’s major aviation innovation event in Singapore.

APEX FTE EXPO 2026 takes place on Wednesday 18 November and Thursday 19 November 2026.

Yes. Eligible industry visitors can register for a free EXPO Pass, which provides access to the exhibition floor and the free-to-attend EXPO Stage. Premium conference access requires an appropriate Premium Pass.

An EXPO Pass provides access to the exhibition floor and the free-to-attend EXPO Stage. A Premium Pass provides additional access to the premium conference programme and any other inclusions listed for the selected pass on the registration page.

You can upgrade your pass at any time by contacting a member of the APEX FTE delegate support team at kerry@futuretravelexperience.com, or at the on-site registration desks during event opening hours. You can also review available pass options on the registration page.

Yes. Suppliers and vendors can attend using the appropriate pass type. Available pass options and current pricing are shown on the registration page.

Accredited editorial media may apply for press access. Applicants may be asked to provide their job title, publication details and examples of recent relevant editorial coverage. Advertising, sales, marketing, public relations and other non-editorial representatives are not normally eligible for press accreditation. Please review our Admissions Policy or submit your request to kmendoza@apex.aero.

Speakers receive a personalized registration link via email from the content team. Appointed logistics contacts for exhibitors and sponsors receive an information pack and portal access or promotional codes to allocate team registrations. The event features three conference stages: the FTE Premium Conference Stage, APEX Premium Conference Stage and the free-to-attend EXPO Stage. Together they cover airport, airline, passenger experience, inflight, digital, operational, commercial and technology innovation.

All three conference stages – the FTE Premium Stage, APEX Premium Stage and EXPO Stage – are conveniently located at the heart of the exhibition floor, enabling seamless movement between educational content, live presentations and innovative technology showcases.

The exhibition showcases products, services and technologies covering cabin experience, inflight entertainment and connectivity, content, interiors, baggage, airport and airline operations, self-service, automation, artificial intelligence, robotics, security, accessibility, data analytics, startups and other passenger experience innovations. Registration desks are located on Level B2 of the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, just outside Halls E and F. Pre-registered attendees can quickly scan their barcode for fast badge collection.

Pre-registered attendees should have their registration barcode available on their phone or printed confirmation so it can be scanned for fast badge collection. Attendees may also be asked to present identification.

Yes. Attendees can arrange targeted one-to-one meetings before the show using the official event app, helping them plan relevant business conversations in advance.

Registered attendees will receive information about accessing the official event app closer to the event. Access timing and login instructions will be communicated using the email address provided during registration.

The official event app is expected to provide access to useful event information such as the agenda, attendee networking, meeting requests, exhibitor details and the detailed floorplan. Available functionality will be confirmed in attendee communications.
