We offer a variety of registration packages, depending on what organisation you represent, what features you’d like to attend and when you complete your booking.

We have two package options – Expo Pass & Premium Pass.

The Expo Pass essentially grants access to the exhibition floor as well as the free education content being presented on the Expo Stage.

The Premium Pass is an access-all-areas pass – granting access to the Expo Pass inclusions as well as the Premium Conference programme, social and industry tour schedule, and one-to-one meeting system.

We reduce pricing for students (those in current aviation-related education) and early-stage startups. Early-stage registrants will need to meet certain criteria based on valuation and founding date. A promotional code is required to ‘unlock’ this rate in our registration site – please contact ryan@futuretravelexperience.com for information and approval.

If you are a member of the press, please submit supporting documentation to ali.loving@futuretravelexperience.com to receive approval for a media pass.

To encourage all our attendees to make the very most of their time at FTE APEX Asia Expo, we are offering complimentary Premium Pass attendance to direct employees of airports, airlines, cruise lines or bus/coach/rail networks* when committing to arrange 3 meetings using our event app/attendee engagement platform.

After the event we will analyse the networking engagement for individuals registered on this rate to ensure that they met the commitment. Those who were unable to fulfil this criteria may affect their organisation’s access to this complimentary rate at future events.

You are of course welcome to opt-out of this commitment, where a small registration fee will apply.

We are delighted to have you involved in the event. How you go about registering will differ depending on how you are involved:

Speakers – You will receive an email from us outlining the details of your session and sharing useful information to prepare for your participation. As part of this email, there will be a personalised registration link. Please enter the requested details using this link.

Exhibitors – Your appointed logistics contact will have received an information pack from a member of our team. Here you will find an outline of our contracted inclusions, useful information about the event, and handy order forms to ensure you secure all you need for your booth. You will also receive access to your exhibitor portal where you can allocate registrations to team members that will be representing you at the event.

Sponsors - Your appointed logistics contact will have received an information pack from a member of our team. As part of this, you will have received a personalised promotional code to utilise in our registration system.

Expo Pass holders have limited access to the event app.

In addition to the event app and Attendee Engagement Platform (see above), we have an exciting programme of networking social events taking place at FTE APEX Asia Expo 2024.

We always look to secure discounted accommodation with hotel partners located within convenient distance from the event venue. If and when these are available, we will share details here: FTE APEX Asia Expo plan you visit

• Prior to Friday 18 October 2024 – full refund/no payment due
• Post Friday 18 October 2024 – no refund/full payment due (substitutions can be made in writing up to seven days prior to the event).

That’s no problem at all – changes to your name, job title, contact information can be made by using the ‘edit’ link in your registration confirmation email.

Likewise, should you wish to change a registration into another person’s name, please do so using the edit link in your confirmation email.
