The conference and exhibition will be open to attendees on Tuesday 19th November and Wednesday 20th November 2024.

Additional activities such as the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group (members only), the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub activities (members only), and the Changi Self-guided Tour (premium pass holders only), will take place on Monday 18th November 2024.

We offer a variety of registration packages, depending on what organisation you represent, what features you’d like to attend and when you complete your booking.

We have two package options – Expo Pass & Premium Pass.

The Expo Pass essentially grants access to the exhibition floor as well as the free education content being presented on the Expo Stage.

The Premium Pass is an access-all-areas pass – granting access to the Expo Pass inclusions as well as the Premium Conference programme, social and industry tour schedule, and one-to-one meeting system.

We reduce pricing for students (those in current aviation-related education) and early-stage startups. Early-stage registrants will need to meet certain criteria based on valuation and founding date. A promotional code is required to ‘unlock’ this rate in our registration site – please contact ryan@futuretravelexperience.com for information and approval.

If you are a member of the press, please submit supporting documentation to ali.loving@futuretravelexperience.com to receive approval for a media pass.

To encourage all our attendees to make the very most of their time at FTE APEX Asia Expo, we are offering complimentary Premium Pass attendance to direct employees of airports, airlines, cruise lines or bus/coach/rail networks* when committing to arrange 3 meetings using our event app/attendee engagement platform.

After the event we will analyse the networking engagement for individuals registered on this rate to ensure that they met the commitment. Those who were unable to fulfil this criteria may affect their organisation’s access to this complimentary rate at future events.

You are of course welcome to opt-out of this commitment, where a small registration fee will apply.

Speakers – You will receive an email from us outlining the details of your session and sharing useful information to prepare for your participation. As part of this email, there will be a personalised registration link. Please enter the requested details using this link.

Exhibitors – Your appointed logistics contact will have received an information pack from a member of our team. Here you will find an outline of our contracted inclusions, useful information about the event, and handy order forms to ensure you secure all you need for your booth. You will also receive access to your exhibitor portal where you can allocate registrations to team members that will be representing you at the event.

Sponsors - Your appointed logistics contact will have received an information pack from a member of our team. As part of this, you will have received a personalised promotional code to utilise in our registration system.

There are a variety of hotels within convenient proximity to the event venue. Discounted accommodation is available exclusively to Future Travel Experience (FTE) APEX Asia attendees, and for a very limited period only. We would strongly recommend making your hotel reservation as soon as possible to benefit from reduced rates. Once all discounted rooms have been filled, rates cannot be guaranteed and will be strictly subject to availability.
