The latest news on how self-service kiosks, online and automatic check-in, CUPPS and CUSS are being used to simplify and secure the airline check-in process.

Hong Kong International Airport will open expanded Terminal 2 departure facilities on 27 May 2026, delivering smart check-in, seamless connectivity and added capacity, with robust operational readiness underway.

Delta One Check-In – an exclusive space to check-in, drop bags and relax – is being expanded at every U.S. hub offering Delta One service. These elevated spaces feature premium design and high-touch service.

Lufthansa Group has inaugurated an extensively modernised Premium Check-in Area in Terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport, which is designed to combine “comfort, efficiency, and personalised service at the highest level”.
