Qantas’ premium customers flying from London Heathrow Airport will soon be able to enjoy a new flagship lounge, which is due to open in early 2017.
Flagship Dining will offer “a one-of-a-kind, pre-flight meal with full tableside service and elegant dining”, according to American Airlines.
FTE explores how airports are placing a focus on relaxation, entertainment and escapism to improve wellbeing and the terminal experience.
The new First Class Lounge will open at Abu Dhabi International Airport’s Terminal 3 in May 2016, becoming the airline’s fourth premium lounge at its home hub.
The VIP Lounge includes a business centre with private workstations, internet access, power outlets, flat screen TVs and a play area for younger travellers.
