The FTE Aviation & Robotics Summit will return to Pittsburgh on 14-16 May 2024, with Pittsburgh International Airport as the official Host Airport.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol – an Airport Lab Network Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – is testing two new technologies aimed at improving the work of employees in the baggage handling hall.

Emirates is launching a City Check‑in and Travel Store. This allows passengers to check-in and drop off bags using self-service kiosks or a robotic check-in system, “providing customers with more technology-focused solutions”.

The inaugural Aviation & Robotics Summit took place in Pittsburgh, the “robotics capital of the world”, on 18-20 April 2023.
