Future Travel Experience Asia Awards 2018

The Future Travel Experience Asia Awards have been revamped for 2018. The awards, now in their fourth year, will still focus on customer experience excellence but instead of awarding the Best Full Service Airline, Best Low-Cost Airline and Best Airport in each region, they will now recognise the most customer-centric initiatives from the last 12 months. The deadline for entries is 28th September 2018 and the winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on 13th November at FTE Asia EXPO 2018. The 10 award categories are as follows:

Deadline for entries: 28th September 2018

  • Best Customer Experience Initiative – West Asia
  • Best Customer Experience Initiative – Southeast Asia
  • Best Customer Experience Initiative – North & East Asia
  • Best Customer Experience Initiative – Central & South Asia
  • Best Customer Experience Initiative – Oceania

Criteria:

The judging panel will be looking for airline or airport initiatives that have had the most positive impact on the passenger experience on the ground (i.e. initiatives relating to booking, pre-travel, airport or post-travel experiences).
