To help ensure passengers are satisfied with their travel experience, KLM is launching a new app that passengers can use to rate the in-flight service.
SilkAir has launched SilkAir Studio – a wireless in-flight entertainment (IFE) system that allows passengers to stream movies on their laptops, smartphones and tablets.
United Airlines’ passengers can now watch movies on their iPhones and iPads thanks to a new feature that has been added to the airline’s iOS app.
FTE explores the sharp increase in the number of Asian airlines offering wireless IFE and looks at what this trend means for the future of embedded IFE systems.
Air Transat will be the first airline to offer Zodiac Inflight Innovations’ RAVE Wireless IFE, allowing passengers to stream content on their own devices.
Passengers will soon be able to stream content and place F&B orders via their own personal electronic devices when flying with Aerolineas Argentinas.
