LOT Polish Airlines has launched the third edition of its ‘Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class’ project, which brings signature dishes by Przemek Sieradzki – Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko – to the national carrier’s aircraft. This time, the culinary journey leads to the Tatra Mountains – a region whose landscapes, traditions, and local produce serve as the starting point for a story about contemporary Polish cuisine, now available onboard LOT flights.
Przemek Sieradzki’s bespoke cuisine draws its inspirations from nature, family traditions, and the culinary heritage of the Podhale region, while remaining open to influence that extends beyond local borders. It is grounded in respect for the ingredients – their quality, origin, and character – and the ability to present them in a modern form. For LOT Polish Airilines, collaboration with a Michelin-starred restaurant represents another step in the consistent expansion of its premium offering. A process where the dining experience constitutes an integral part of the journey, simultaneously showcasing Polish gastronomy in a contemporary light.
“The third edition of ‘Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class’ campaign demonstrates that the culinary experience may be just as important a part of the journey as the destination itself,” said Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience, LOT Polish Airlines. “We invite our passengers to discover the flavours of Podhale and the signature cuisine by Przemek Sieradzki, which combines respect for local ingredients with a modern perspective. The project is the latest in the series of our consistent efforts aiming to enhance our onboard offering. It also proves that culinary heritage may be successfully combined with modernity. I am convinced that the flavours of the Podhale region – presented in a bespoke manner tailored specifically to LOT Polish Airlines’ needs – will offer our passengers a truly amazing experience.”
As with previous editions of the campaign, the offer is available to LOT Business Class passengers on long-haul flights departing from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Main course orders must be placed at least 24 hours before departure.
“Participating in the ‘Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class’ project gives me a unique opportunity to take the flavours of Podhale on a journey around the world and share them with LOT Polish Airlines passengers,” said Przemek Sieradzki, Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko. “When creating the menu, I wanted to combine the region’s distinctive products and traditions with my own unique take on contemporary cuisine. I hope this offers passengers not just a culinary experience, but also serves as an invitation to discover Podhale.”
