REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
FTE speaks to Finnair’s Head of CX Product Design David Kondo to discuss some of the decisions that have informed the carrier’s approach to its new long-haul concept.
Finnair has introduced its long-haul look with a brand-new Business Class and Premium Economy cabins with rollout starting this month.
Breeze plans to have 15 A220-300s in service by the end of 2022 which will be used primarily for longer-haul flights, including transcontinental service.
The cabin features larger overhead bins, an advanced lighting system that can be aligned to human biorhythms and enhanced seating comfort.
