Sydney Airport has launched Hosts, a new personalised service to support travellers through its T1 international terminal. Available to all international passengers, Hosts is a concierge-style service designed to deliver a seamless airport experience across arrivals, departures and transfers. For departing passengers, a dedicated host provides end-to-end assistance from a meeting point, through check-in, security screening, border processing and onwards to the lounge or departure gate. For arriving passengers, travellers are met at the arrivals gate, guided through arrivals and border formalities, receive support with baggage claim and are escorted to their preferred onward transport, helping reduce stress and simplify every stage of the airport journey.

“We’re focused on making every journey through Sydney Airport as smooth and stress-free as possible,” said Mark Zaouk, Group Executive Commercial, Sydney Airport. “We know there’s growing demand for airport services that provide additional support, comfort and convenience, particularly for passengers who may be unfamiliar with the airport, travelling with family, short on time, or simply looking for greater ease at every stage of their journey. The launch follows the recent introduction of Fast Track and continues our focus on giving travellers more choice, greater convenience and a smoother experience through the Australia’s busiest international gateway.”

Further premium services will be launched at Sydney Airport as part of a broader pipeline designed to strengthen choice, convenience and the overall passenger experience over time.
