Changi Airport Group – a Headline Partner of APEX FTE EXPO Asia, Singapore, 18-19 November 2026 – is bringing football fever to the heart of the airport during the FIFA World Cup with a new film, free match screenings, and airport-wide activities. Featuring a line-up of Singapore’s national football players and a special cameo by local football legend Fandi Ahmad, the film is a celebration of community, national pride and the unifying power of sport. The video – ‘Where The World Comes To Play – is published across Changi Airport’s social media channels.
“Football is a universal language that brings people together, much like how Changi Airport and Jewel connect travellers from across the globe,” said Kelvin Ng, Vice President, Corporate & Marketing Communications, Changi Airport Group. “This film is our celebration of the Singapore national team and the players who dedicate themselves to the sport. Their passion and talent deserve to be seen by the world, and we are proud to tell their story in a setting that is uniquely Changi.”
Visitors and passengers can immerse themselves in the football action with free match screenings at ST3PS in Terminal 3 Basement 2 (public area) and TV lounges in the transit areas across Terminals 1 to 4.
The football fever extends beyond the screens, with activities scheduled across the airport. Visitors can embark on a Football Champions Trail at Terminal 3’s public areas to unlock rewards worth more than S$50 in total. By taking part in engaging quizzes and challenges, participants will enjoy exclusive shopping and dining deals (minimum spend applies) along the way, culminating in a complimentary ticket to the Bouncing Net at Jewel Canopy Park upon completing the trail.
To complement the electric match-day atmosphere, Changi Airport offers late-night and 24-hour dining options to keep fans fuelled through every kick-off. Throughout the season, visitors can also enjoy exclusive shopping and dining deals curated for football fans.
Passengers in the transit areas can put their balance, strength, and reflexes to the test in an array of action-packed, football-themed activities for a chance to win prizes, including a top prize of 200,000 Changi Rewards points worth S$1,000.
“As we welcome international travellers and football fans from around the world during the 2026 football season, we have prepared free match screenings and activities to bring the excitement of the game to everyone,” Mr Kelvin Ng added. “We invite both Singapore residents and travellers to join us in the global football celebrations and experience first-hand why Changi Airport is where the world comes to play.”
