Dallas Fort Worth International Airport launches myDFW Rewards parking loyalty programme

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is expanding its digital travel ecosystem with the launch of myDFW Rewards, a new loyalty programme that incentivises pre-booked parking and supports a more seamless airport journey.

Summary:

  • Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has launched myDFW Rewards, a new loyalty programme for Prebooked Parking that rewards customers for planning ahead.
  • The initiative allows travellers to earn points via the DFW Airport mobile app and redeem them for future parking savings, alongside a welcome bonus offer.
  • myDFW Rewards builds on DFW’s expanding digital ecosystem, which includes real-time parking, security wait times, flight updates and personalised travel tools.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) – a Headline Partner of FTE Global, Dallas, Texas, 8 to 10 September 2026 and a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – is helping customers plan ahead, save time and earn rewards that can be used towards future bookings with the launch of myDFW Rewards, a new loyalty programme for Prebooked Parking that builds on the airport’s growing suite of digital travel tools.

This programme represents the next step in DFW’s broader effort to provide customers with real-time information, personalised services and digital tools that help simplify the travel journey from curb to gate. Through myDFW accounts and the DFW Airport mobile app, customers can already access live parking availability, Prebook Parking, view security checkpoint wait times, check for flight updates, navigate terminals using interactive maps and customise their airport updates.

“Customers increasingly expect real-time information and personalised experiences throughout their journey,” said Paul Puopolo, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, DFW Airport. “myDFW Rewards builds on the digital tools we’ve introduced over the last several years by giving customers another reason to plan ahead, engage with the airport and take advantage of the information and services available through a myDFW account.”

Customers can begin earning rewards in three simple steps:

  • Create a myDFW account
  • Prebook Parking through the DFW Airport website and mobile app
  • Earn points that can be redeemed for future parking savings

As part of the launch, existing myDFW account holders and customers who create a myDFW account before 30 September 2026 will receive a welcome bonus of 100 points.

The airport’s Prebooked Parking programme, which can save travellers up to 50% compared to drive-up rates, continues to grow, surpassing one million customers earlier this year. Today, more than 900,000 travellers rely on their myDFW account and the DFW Airport mobile app to plan and manage their journeys, from booking parking in advance to checking security wait times and accessing real-time airport information. MyDFW Rewards applies exclusively to parking reservation booked in advance. Drive-up parking transactions are not eligible to earn rewards.

The new loyalty programme joins a growing list of customer tools available through myDFW and the DFW Airport mobile app. Tools designed to give real-time information needed to plan ahead include:

  • Prebook Parking and save up to 50% compared to drive-up rates
  • View real-time parking availability across airport parking products
  • Check security checkpoint wait times before arriving at the terminal
  • Check flight status updates and travel information
  • Navigate terminals using interactive maps
  • Discover dining, shopping and airport services throughout the airport
  • Customise airport preferences for a more personalised travel experience

MyDFW Rewards is designed to evolve over time as the airport continues investing in tools that help customers make informed decisions before and during their journey.
