REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Delta Air Lines, U.S. CBP, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the TSA have collaborated to make the biometric terminal a reality.
Tascent has been selected by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. to deliver an end-to-end biometric solution utilising facial recognition technology.
Utilising the latest biometric technology, Emirates passengers will be able to check-in, complete immigration, enter the lounge, and board their flight.
FTE spoke to Bengaluru International Airport’s Satyaki Raghunath as the airport gears up to deliver the largest deployment of biometric solutions at an Asian airport.
FTE explores how biometric-enabled processing is redefining the passenger experience at Bengaluru, Hong Kong and Changi airports.
The survey sheds light on passenger demand for self-service, automation, biometric identification and baggage tracking, complemented by a human touch.
