REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
The new e-passport gates will be implemented as part of Newcastle Airport’s arrivals hall expansion, which is expected to be complete this spring.
The latest generation SmartGates will help to expedite the departures process for international travellers, and replace the previous two-step system.
From 3 December, UK citizens will be able to apply to join the trusted traveller initiative, available at 46 US airports and 13 preclearance locations.
