Kansai Airports Kobe has begun a demonstration experiment at Kobe Airport, using remote interactive robots to serve customers and promote airport retail promotions.

The robot will guide travellers to points of interest and will utilise speech recognition and touch interactions to facilitate mobile ordering, display flight details, and more.

The innovation centre will advance BIAL’s digital transformation and enable startup-led innovation, smart infrastructure and mobility.

Houston Airports has adopted a fleet of Breezy One disinfecting robots at George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby airports.
