Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 1 has a new, AI-powered immersive retail experience, which “harnesses the power of data and technology to deliver personalised customer-centric experiences”.
Sydney Airport and Heinemann Australia have unveiled a new Luxury Beauty, Fashion and Accessories store, which is said to “offer customers an iconic and unique experience” as the airport “continues to innovate”.
A new, fully automated shop – ‘Quick N’ Easy’ – has opened in Pier A at Brussels Airport, offering passengers “an innovative retail experience that is designed to function intuitively”.
