REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
London Luton Airport has teamed up with Google Maps to become the first UK airport to offer indoor maps to assist with wayfinding in the terminal building.
A new system that uses telepresence technology allows for an offsite agent to offer face-to-face assistance on airport services such as check-in and lounge access.
Passengers flying from Dubai International Airport can now scan their boarding pass at innovative ‘Information Zones’ to get directions to their boarding gate.
Passengers travelling from San Diego Airport can now explore shopping and dining options, as well as other on-site services, before arriving at the airport.
Such has been the success of Munich Airport’s passenger assistance InfoGates they will now be introduced to T2 to offer customer service via videoconference.
Edinburgh Airport has launched an app for iPhone and Android devices, enhancing the passenger experience with flight tracking, terminal and parking information.
