Passengers can opt-in to receive proactive notifications, from real-time flight status updates to location-specific retail offers, at Hamad International Airport.
Passengers will receive proactive notifications and offers via the airport’s app as they pass through the recently refurbished retail area.
The MIA Airport Official 2.0 app is integrated with Miami International Airport’s beacon infrastructure and features “blue-dot”, step-by-step directions.
Installation of the beacons, NFC tags and QR codes will enable the airport to communicate messages and alerts, and provide download links throughout the terminal.
The updated TAV Mobile app offers access to real-time retail offers and a language translation function for travellers flying from 11 of TAV’s airports.
