United Airlines and SITA discuss key findings from the recent biometrics trials for domestic travellers from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Milano Linate Airport has upgraded its terminal with new check-in, security and retail areas and technology such as biometrics, CT scans and self-bag drop.

The new gates at Tom Bradley International Terminal feature enhanced Wi-Fi, touchscreen kiosks, biometrics and advanced baggage handling and boarding systems.

FTE highlights the cutting-edge innovations that will be on display at FTE APEX Virtual Expo 2021 – from touchless tech and digital health passports to AI, IoT solutions and new IFEC tools.

The six-month trial, which was conducted by SITA, involved the use of biometric technology across multiple touchpoints at Istanbul Airport.

Vision-Box, an exhibitor at FTE APEX Virtual Expo 2021, will implement a biometric digital identity management system at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
