Lufthansa Group passengers at Frankfurt Airport can now use 21 state-of-the-art check-in counters and automated bag drop in Terminal 1, delivering “a convenient, modern and efficient travel experience”.

Darin Juby, Director Baggage Services, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, and Head of Baggage Transformation, Future Travel Experience, provides an update on the FTE BIWG’s latest activities and biggest PoC to-date.
