Travellers flying from Los Angeles International Airport can now pre-order food and shop online ahead of their trip via the airport’s digital channels.
FTE caught up with Ismail Polat, CTO of İGA Airport Operation, to find out more about how the project took shape from initial design phase through to operations.
RYDES is the first reward programme in Europe to offer travellers points when using urban mobility services including air, rail and bus travel.
Eurowings customers will now be able to book tickets for travel with mobility provider FlixBus directly through the airline’s app.
The mobile ordering service allows passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) to order food from selected airport restaurants and have it delivered to them.
The app provides passengers with various features, such as real-time journey information, indoor navigation, access to Wi-Fi and more.
