Japan Airlines’ onboard connectivity service has gone live on selected 767-300ERs and 787-8s this week, as the carrier continues the rollout of Wi-Fi.
The leisure carrier has just a matter of weeks to decide which connectivity solution to invest in – a decision that could have a major impact on future operations.
Gogo has confirmed that it has received regulatory approval from the FCC to operate its 2Ku in-flight connectivity solution on 1,000 aircraft.
