As the industry prepares for the busy festive period, a number of airports have taken steps to keep passengers entertained while they wait for their flights. Here we highlight a few of our favourites from the likes of Singapore Changi, London Gatwick, Miami and Frankfurt airports.
KLM has launched a new gifting service called ‘KLM Wannagives’, which allows people to surprise friends and family with a present while they are in the air.
