REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
SITA Lab’s Renaud Irminger and Virgin Atlantic’s Tim Graham share their thoughts on what Google’s announcement means for the air transport industry.
The tracking function provides real-time information on the aircraft route, speed, type, altitude, distance travelled and total distance to the destination for all flights.
Sydney Airport’s team of ‘Airport Ambassadors’ will now carry iPad Minis, so they can provide passengers with real-time information on the go.
The new app is available on iPhone and Android devices and includes a flight tracker, plus information on airport retail, parking and ground transportation.
