Munich Airport is trialling a new ‘Express Queue’ system, which aims to manage passenger flows and reduce waiting times at security checkpoints in Terminal 1.

The new joint venture, named FraAlliance, aims to improve the quality of products and services at Frankfurt Airport’s Terminal 1.

The trial sees six service robots deployed at Belfast International Airport’s Sip & Stone Restaurant and Bar to enhance colleague and customer experience.
