Amsterdam Airport Schiphol – an Airport Lab Network Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – is testing two new technologies aimed at improving the work of employees in the baggage handling hall.
JFKIAT – the operator of Terminal 4 at JFK Airport – is deploying Amadeus’ Auto Bag Drop and Next Generation Kiosk self-service technology to deliver a smooth and efficient passenger flow through the airport.
Berlin Brandenburg Airport has introduced BER Traveller – a digital service for biometric access control that is now available to Lufthansa Group airlines passengers who are HON Circle Members and Senators.
The General Plan (part of the Master Plan) for the new CPK Airport has been approved by Poland’s Minister of Infrastructure. The document sets out the development plan for the new airport until the end of 2060.
